JobRack assists business owners in hiring top remote team members from Eastern Europe. With an expert team, they help customers find the best talent without the usual hassles of hiring.
I contributed to building the platform from brand identity to product design. Prioritizing simplicity, I designed the platform to be easy for both jobseekers and employers to navigate. To streamline candidate management, I implemented a drag-and-drop selection process, allowing employers to easily view all candidates and move them through various stages efficiently.
