As part of our ongoing effort to refine Thorne’s Amazon presence and drive sales, I updated their assets to reflect messaging that aligns more closely with the brand’s core values. This approach helps build trust with new customers—especially in Amazon’s saturated supplement market—while strengthening the connection with existing customers and encouraging them to explore more of Thorne’s product line.
Brand Story
The concept of Thorne’s brand story revolves around three main ideas: personalized wellness, scientific wellness, and a strong commitment to testing. By combining these elements, Thorne is able to present a cohesive narrative that highlights how they assist their customers in achieving happier and healthier lives.

Thorne frequently updates its storefront—almost monthly—to align with new models and product launches. For this update, the focus was on introducing a new line of products centered around sports performance. The entire page was redesigned to feature professional tennis player Ben Shelton and to spotlight Thorne’s latest offerings in the sports category.
At the same time, it was essential to maintain brand credibility by prominently showcasing key statistics, certifications, and partnerships. The result is a streamlined storefront that not only highlights effective products but also educates customers and reinforces trust in the brand.
