Minisque is a cosmetic startup that focuses on creating high-quality, long-lasting products that cover a broad spectrum of skin tones.
The company is founded to solve the challenge most women have - finding the right colors that match their skin tone. Minisque’s flagship product is a duo-tone, artist-curated foundation that allows women to apply and mix buildable, nourishing colors to reach the perfect shade. Minisque’s biggest differentiator from its competitors is the products’ customizable nature, which allows women to assume control of the color.
My goals were:
— design a compelling ecommerce website that empowers all women (current focus is women who have felt ignored in the beauty world) and attract users by building a sustainable, inclusive, and honest business model.
— address the merge of a marketplace with a shopping experience via mobiles, but not too far away from the users comfort zone
